1080p is worth it.
find something that literally is just 1080p and ips and $100-$130 to tide you over until 4440p or 4k is mainstream you will probably find it an actual QOL step up over those 15 fps.

Yeah but in my previous residence I had a consistent wired 100 mbps down from Grande. Now I pay more and get less that 1 percent what I was getting before :(
I built this dsktop back in 2012 and it's just now starting not to be able to keep up with modern games.

Oh I guess when I said "keep up" I just meant not ultra settings, etc, so I definitely don't truly need a new card yet. Witcher 3 was the first game I've played where it can't handle top settings.
