Your screen has some light denting. You can fix that by pushing the opposite side of the screen until the picture is normal again. After that you need to mend the cracks by fusing the crystal back together using a bleach and ammonia 1:1 mixture. It takes about an ounce per square inch of screen surface.
Mix the bleach and ammonia in a bucket, let it sit for an hour, then apply it to the screen with a brush. Let it dry, then repeat until you're out of solution.
