Newfag here,i live in France , i got an LG G2 from a buddy in Israel.
when i put my sim card it doesn't go 4g but 3g instead, i can't use the internet, just call people.
I've tried to access the hidden menu and add LTE but it doesn't help.
Android version is 4.4.2 Software version is "D80220a-ISR-XX " does this cause the problem?
How do i fix this ?

lol it's locked by provider. dunno flash cyanogenmod probably fix it.

I had a Taiwan LG G2 with no LTE on stock, so I just flashed an EUR stock image and problem was solved. Looks like you have a D802 which is the international mode, so you will be able to also do this. Go to XDA for more info.
