I had never interviewed for a private tracker before, it just seemed sketchy that a random guy would want my email address. At the time I had only one email with my real name on it that I used to communicate with family and co-workers and stuff and sure as hell wasn't going to give it to some guy from a pirate site.

You probably need to run linux to use whatmp3 because of the dependencies ("flac, metaflac, mktorrent, and optionally oggenc, lame, neroAacEnc, neroAacTag, mp3gain, aacgain, vorbisgain, and sox.")
If you do run linux then you can just open up the whatmp3 file in a text editor and edit the passkey and tracker settings.
If you run windows you could try dbpoweramp. I've heard it's good for transcoding music. Or you could use foobar2000 if you already have that installed.
