Don't buy Smart TVs if you want to watch chinese cartoons in them.
They can't read stylized softsubs for shit and have fun watching HS rips only because for some reason it won't read mkvs properly, namely bloatgroups such as CoalGirls and other shit non-HS groups.
Just get a $500 1080p plasma and spend the rest on the speakers and an HTPC. Trust me. Those features you listed are all pretty much consumer gimmicks you're just wasting money on.

Built a HTPC (cant be done <$100 with cheapo SBCs like rasberry pi). Run Kodi or similar. That will kick the shit out of any "smart" tv interface.

Plasma is dying so its cheap as fuck buy gives great image quality and contrast. Take the $2k you would have spent to get worthless features and 1% better image quality to get a kick ass audio system. You should spend as much if not more on audio than the actaul TV.

Seems like a great choice: It's huge compared to my current 40" TV, it's a VA panel, and it has a true 120Hz refresh rate.
On the topic of UHD or 4K, I don't really see the use. Most chinese cartoons aren't even 1080p and a single GPU can't even push 60fps on UHD on most games. Do note that there is content coming out now due to Netflix, new BD finally coming out, and others.
