for sure. these high quality moments will usually look very fluid, even if it's not necessarily fully 24fps all the time. and you're not gonna find an animu with constant 24fps unless you take a time machine 20 years into the future when everything's 3DCG (and hopefully these will be higher frame rate too).

Bait aside (spend 10 minutes on HDBits and you know who the good encoders are) you've completely missed the point. HANDJOB is mostly used for SD content as that's rarely has internal encodes for obvious reasons. Realistically, if you're watching a DVD to start with you don't have a huge resolution to start with and HANDJOB is going to be leagues better than watching the raw TS through a deinterlacing filter.
