Use MyPaint to draw and import the .ora into GIMP for touching it up. Even GIMP devs know this is the right thing to do, which is why they're working on importing the MyPaint brush engine into GIMP.
Also, don't learn to draw by tracing and don't compensate for a lack of skill by catering to weird fetishists. Git gud and draw good fetish porn.
