Initially it looks/feels amazing, but of course you get used to it.
Be prepared that you PC needs a lot more performance to reach these higher framerates in gaymes.
I think you should see it by yourself before actually buying one, since these fuckers are very expensive.

only ever bought a 1920x1080 22" or so philips E series TN panel monitor for around a $150 around 3 years ago.
Managed to scrounge 3 dell 22" P series 1080 TN panel monitors for free from some office that was relocating and wanted to get rid of them.
Image quality is even worse than my previous monitor and their bezel is fuck huge, but they all have nice mounts so I can put them in portrait mode and adust elevation.
That and I get a free nvidia surround setup which isn't that great with the distracting bezel thickness. A have very few games that play nicely with it as well.
Should try selling them and grabbing a low budget 28" 4k monitor instead.

Currently waiting for a Korean 1440p Samsung monitor to replace my old 1680x1050 dual monitor setup, I have two old dell monitors @ 1440x900 that I intend to have mounted on monitor arms in portrait either side of the Korean monitor, which should of been here as of yesterday fuck Christmas shipping delays.

12 months ago I received a note 3 as a gift. I now have it running Cyanogenmod and it's everything I could ask for in a smart phone. Don't see myself upgrading for at least another year if not more.
