nope. AMD delayed it from Q1 2016 originally, then announced it as Q4 2016, now it's clearly going to be pushed back further as AMD generally takes 15 months from tapeout to shipping.
What's there to rush? Next year Intel-sama will be releasing the Skylake refresh, Cannonlake won't be coming before very late 2017, and it'll probably be another fucking Broadwell, it's not even made by their A team, so who the fuck cares.
