One is part of the EUFI boot system. The other is files from the OEM for restoring the machine if you need to (probably didn't come with a Windows DVD, right?).

Just chill and let chill, they aren't hurting anything. If you really, really want to do it, boot onto a Linux Live CD and use gparted to trash them. Be aware that your system may not boot without some fixing after killing the EFI part.

system partitions used by botnet 10. one of them has the recovery image for reset PC, the other is system reserved for saving sessions in case system crashes to minimize loss of unsaved data.

Download/pirate EaseUS partition master.
Open it up.
Select partitions.
R click > delete.
Confirm yes if it asks to reboot to apply shit.
It will now reboot.
DON'T FOCKING TOUCH ANYTHING UNTIL YOU'RE IN WINBLOWS AGAIN.
Done.

>Note:
Removing the system EFI partitions can fuck up your recovery and boot manager real bad.
make sure you have a linux bootable dvd/usb nearby that install grub during install.
When it goes bad and you don't see the windows logo, install grub (and of course the linux OS) and try again.

I have no idea about 8 or 10, but at least on 7, you can get the installer to not make these, if they bother your autism. The trick is to partition your drive ahead of time, instead of using the installer's partitioner, or presenting it with unpartitioned space.

If you want one big clean partition, go boot up a gparted live CD, make your partition and put an NTFS filesystem on it, then tell the Windows installer to use it. It should proceed to not fuck with the partitioning you set up.
>>
The EFI System Partition contains all of the bootloader code in UEFI systems. If you delete that partition and don't set up a new EFI System Partition with the right contents, you will not be able to boot Windows anymore. I think Windows might also require the Recovery partition but I have no idea.

In any case, these partitions take up only 760MB, which is only about 0.5% of the disk. Fucking with them isn't worth it.
>>
/b/ says just delete them

All you have to do is download a live cd, open gparted, go to the appropriate partitions and click delete.. Its that easy. Also system32 can be deleted.. Its just malware put in by microsoft.
