Your computer must be from the 80s.
Upgrade, the IBM-PS1 can do it just fine, no stuttering on bsd/Debian.
>>51799513
mpv interpolation is fucked.
mpv is fucked in general.

are you on Windows because Linux it pretty fucking close to perfect
>>51799513
Read the man page. You need to set --video-sync.
>>51799513
Which OS? Are you using display-sync? Are you using any other options?
Try asking in the mpv thread (>>51794775) when one exists.

On Windows with proprietary drivers, the audio/video playback quality is on another level.
Linkucks will never know this feel.

Outdated.
Why can't Windows devs keep up with shit? At least it's 64-bit. It took you guys a while to get that, right? Even longer for madVR support.

I just want to watch my SOL at 1.2x speed with pitch correction, us that too much to ask?
>>51800879
Keep telling yourself that. Not even Debian stable uses a two year old compiler.
>>51800892
>us that too much to ask?
Not for mpv users it isn't.
In fact, it would be laughable if display-sync or pitch correction only worked in the i686 version of mpv. Only Windows developers are too stupid to target multiple architectures.
>>51800916
Not all architectures are relevant. People should get with the times if they want to use latest software.
>>51800916
>Not even Debian stable uses a two year old compiler.
Debian stable uses gcc 4.7.2
gcc 4.7.2 dates back to 2012.
>>51800968
Debian stable is jessie. It comes with GCC 4.9 (early 2014.)
