clear any overclocks you might have, dust the inside (CPU heatsink, graphics card heatsink). you probably have a serious airflow problem though, get better fans and set them up properly.

if this is under load, it's pretty much what you can expect from an i5 with a stock cooler though. maybe a bit higher than it should be, but thats probably just shit termal paste / cooler combo.

As for the thermal paste and the fan, should I really change them? Fan was included with the CPU and Thermal Paste too

Get a new heat sink as well and some thermal paste. You also should have an exhaust fan. Is there a vent on top as well that you are covering with that book? How many front fans do you have?

Chances are somebody fucked up applying thermal paste.
Or the cooler is too weak for the CPU.
GPU around 50C (assuming under load) is IMHO normal.

Make sure you have the cooler mounted correctly on the CPU, if the bracket is 90 degrees the wrong way, then that can destroy your temps. That's what happened to me with the corsair H100i, on load it was up in the 80 - 90's found the problem and did it correctly, temps on load were in the 50's.

Are you serious? Those intel fans are fucking shit, with them my CPU temp never went under 50C, with a 212 evo it's around 30C in idle
