I don't know if you are trolling me, but the 980 ti is the best card on the market now.
The only contender is the Fury X where it gains a 2-3 fps lead at 4k resolutions. If you stick to 1440p however the 980ti is the clear winner.

Nvidia shill triggered? The 390 does have full 8GB unlike the 3.5 nvidia is hosting at the same pricepoint. If the 980ti can do the Fury X can follow , if you drop the 4k to 1440p results will stay the same with the Fury X being only 3-4 fps behind
