Python or Ruby

Ruby has more packages but not as fast as python. Python is nice, learn Django.

Node.js is not meme but its meme.

I recommend node

PHP is good if you want to run with normalfag site hosts *like go daddy* - that run nginx\apache with PHP like everyone else...

Node you have to run on a VPS to host things until providers start accepting node
