My GPU Idles at a high temp and idles at 450Mhz.
My CPU goes pretty hot
>Does something in general look off?

MSI GTX 980TI
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

Scythe Mugen 4 CPU cooler
Seasonic 550W Gold

You cpu temps seem okay, a bit high but nothing to worry about.

I'd be more worried about tha idle 980ti temp. My 390x idles at under 28c, with a dual monitor setup.

Have you used MSI afterburner to change fancontrol?
Momentarily the fans aren't running on the GPU. According to the sticker that was on the GPU (yes i removed the sticker) the fans go running at 60 degree

I also have an MSI GTX 980ti, and I idle at 43c, maxed out it only hits 70c.

I'm not seeing a problem

Open up your gpu and take the factory thermal paste off and apply your own. They really cake that shit on. Also, you might find that, like mine, some of the heat transfer pads were improperly placed from the factory.
