Currently I run a Dual Xeon E5520 with 40gb of Non Ecc Memory, three 4tb sas drives and a gtx 770 for my server. That's the Dell Poweredge T410 on the right hand side of my picture. Pretty minimal draw in idle.

Why, because the gtx 770 was free. Plus it just fits in the case. Every other box is atleast quad core, I have an i7-3770k, i5-3350p, i5-3300, fx-6300, a bunch of core 2 quads, and a few phenoms. I quickly sell off the dual cores. Every box has atleast 8gb ram. I scrap them all together for extremely cheap, and flip them for a profit.

That is not appropriate use of hardware, least of all when the majority of what is pictured is intended for resale.
It is especially inappropriate use of server configuration. You're wasting power needlessly.

I only have $55 invested into the server. I bought it for $50 and spent $5 on ebay for the 2nd xeon. It came with a gt 9500 for a gpu, so any replacement was a good option. There isn't enough room for a full size graphics card, and I don't care about spending money on anything more. A customer gave me the 770 when they upgraded to a 980, at it fit. It runs all modern AAA titles at 1080p ultra, and is a perfect work station. My electric bill last month was $53.19. I don't care about power consumption that much.
