It includes other shit, but they are talking about advertising. Read it again. Carefully.
It's mostly fluff and the wording is deliberately shifty, but they're abandoning Tiles to "focus on content discovery", which basically means "figure out how to make people want ads".
This shouldn't be news to anyone here, though.

To clarify, Mozilla was ALREADY an advertising company. This is just them finally giving up on one of their failed ADVERTISING experiments so they can focus on other ADVERTISING experiments.
