I do all of my word processing using online word processors like Word Online or Google Docs, works very well since the PS4 has native kb+m support. It's essentially a chromebox mixed with a gaming console.

There's a homebrew for PS4 that enables use of a filesystem to save files and pictures. I have it, but sometimes it's just easier to save files directly to my phone and upload them to websites. I don't do that a whole lot, though.
