google program names, if they're unnecessary delete them and disable their startup by running msconfig (Windows Key + R) and unticking boxes. Find out what services are running with services.msc (Windows Key + R) then google them to see if you need them, if not disable them. When you're done reboot your computer. If you're worried about breaking something go one at a time. It can always be re-enabled.
This has been /g/ tech support. Please learn to search engine, install Gentoo, then when you're 50 kill yourself knowing you could have applied yourself better and only stayed alive because you were scared.
