On Windows 10 Enterprise Build 10240 starting a DX11 game fucks up the entire install and makes everything artefact. Third reinstall (Build 10586) is OK.

IMO it might be better.
You can record almost everything, even non games stuff, and set it up like you want. audio, no audio, record last x minutes with up to 2 hours, quality ,etc. It uses new display driver, so almost no frame drops on 290X, quality is decent. And it turned off by default
Sometimes video come out stuttery though. and game bar takes some time to appear or won't appear at all, but hotkeys works either way.

I have, but I set it to high, 22mbps, so it's 9 megs for 4 second video.
Video I got is 30FPS, while the one before got "variable" framerate so I don't know what's up.

I like the way AMD is thinking now. Their is this thing called Virtual Super Resolution. I looked it up it says on AMDs site "Get quality that rivals up to 4K, even on a 1080p display while playing your favorite games" This is some nVidia bull shit to get stupid people to believe you can get 4k on 1080.
