Just got a new graphics card for computer, Games are still running laggy and framerate is choppy...Im not really that educated on computers so I know some terms nothing complex. Please help

Install Speccy and post the window that you get when you run it. Maybe you'll get some help then.

That card sucks for the money. You should have saved a little more for a 980, bought a used/refurb 80, or picked up a better AMD card.
Post specs.
restart ur computer and goto the bios (you know when it says click f2 to enter bois menu or someshit).
once in there have a look around and see if you can find where it says what graphics card its set to use. your probably still using your integrated card right now.
