So I've been digging through stuff (computers) from my cities goverment and it's pretty fucked up. I was thinking besides just posting everything online is there a way to i guess "hack" a tvs network and broadcast my own. Telecommunicaton isn't really my strong suit
Country?
If you have to ask, the answer is no.
You could try wikileaks but make sure you have backup copies elsewhere.
In each state their is an emergency broadcast system that can override cable and I think even satellite broadcasting of local channels. I would look through those documents for logins I guess.

If you're going to do this cover your tracks very well, leave the country, or plan on being in club fed for a while.
Sounds like trouble

Sure kiddo! I can show you how to hack a radio channel.
Assuming you want to get it out to as much people as possible...
>Step 1
Find the most popular radio channel and its frequency
>Step 2
Use Jewgle to find schematics for a radio power amplifier, or just build your own, this is the most difficult step. Thankfully, you can buy one new. Make sure you get something that has many, many, many watts. more than 1 kW recommended.
>Step 3
Get an antenna.
>Step 4
Everyone in a couple miles radius will listen to your broadcast instead.
It's not that different on TV, you just need to have the stronger signal.

Hi, OP, ever heard of that dank Raspberry Pi radio transmitter crap?
Here's what you need to do, modify the script to take input from a microphone instead of an mp3, then gradually amplify it into a larger signal, before feeding it into a mains half-bridge and into an air-cored resonant transformer
