Can we have a mouse thread /g/?
I'm using pic related right now, want something with a better sensor, not bothered about dropping thumb buttons.
How is the Zowie FK2?
Need a cheap-ish mouse for my laptop that's not XBOXHUEG. €20-€40 will be fine. Any recs?

CM Storm Xornet?

Nah I'm looking for a wireless mouse.

Gigabyte M-7580 then pal.

Anyone know of a decent mouse that tracks well for games like CS:GO and has enough buttons for media controls (play, pause, next, previous)?
>>51665438
Somewhat ironically, I actually like my G700s for CSGO. It's the only game I use all the buttons for (4 thumb buttons for grenades, extra LMBs for media controls)
The sensors okay. Im after an optical, though. And something wired.
Gonna pick up a G502 for gaymen, supposedly top nouse for that shit

I keep getting phantom tracking on my Razer Naga, and had to remove the teflon pads on the bottom to get access to the internals to fix a broken right click.
If possible I want to get optical but I'd settle for laser if it means getting enough buttons.
The G502 has been here for a while, still the best mice?
>>51665568
The G700s is good but I did get it at like £100 off the list price. Its a really expensive mouse. You can probably find something cheaper, with as good a tracker, and plenty of buttons.
>>51665611
Is the G502 something I should look at for better tracking?
Ordered the elecom trackball, should be here soon. Feels good.
>>51665625
what ? i purchased mine in a brick and mortar store for 39 bucks. Where on earth is it more than £100 ?
G700s has no sensor related issues. It's as perfect as the optical sensors while being laser.
My problem with the G700s is the 1-2 day battery life.
>>51665664
The list price of the G700s is like £120 man it's crazy. I bought mine for £50.
>>51665625
As far as I know it still has the best sensor.

corsair m45. don't listen to anything else
What mousepad are you using, /g/? Also, what are your experiences with thick mousepads? I'm looking at the QcK Mass but 18 bucks for a mousepad seems kinda steep.
this is what i'm trying to get however this motherfucker is impossible to get in my country, my whole rig is color green/white/black coordinated and i need a white mouse with green LED's. if i am to get it from the US it simply isn't worth it as the mouse+ shipping would be around 150$+

This has been great for me. Replaced my G700/MX518
just got my GF a MX Master for her birthday, she does a lot of graphic design. howd I do?
also, her Mac OS x is too old to download to tools program to tweak then mouse, does it have built in storage so I can tweak it on my laptop for her?
Is Zowie FK1 for 65€ a good deal? I'm looking for a light and optical mouse to play FPS games, no driver is also great
Do you guys like Steelseries

Best mice along with Zowie
I need a mouse that can survive over a year of my clicking fetish.
>>51669149
godlike shape, laser sensor.
have they released an optical version yet?
>>51669149
looks like no rubber coating, thats nice.
are there similar mice from zowie without the retarded rubber coating?
>>51669243
Just googled and I guess the Rival series are optical mice
>>51669258
I'm glad there's no rubber coating, but since it's mostly white plastic there's a lot of gross dirt that shows up, and it's super visible.

Razer aren't *that* bad but you can do better for your money. Here's a review of my naga.
Pros:
- Easy to use software
- Not overly heavy
- Can turn the LEDs off
- Detachable side grips
- Very comfortable shape
- Braided cable
- Plenty of buttons, though some are difficult to reach for everyday use and I can't remember 12 different commands for my mouse.
Cons:
- Broke twice in 2 years
- Gets finger scunge in between buttons
- Laser tracking
- Prone to breaking (Double click)
- Matte finish prone to breaking off over time
- Poorly made software, requires an account
- Doesn't work with Ganoo slash Linux
- Braided cable is prone to pick up dust/fray
