Old versions of uTorrent are the only thing that don't trigger massive throttling by my ISP. I tried qBitTorrent and websites loaded at dial-up speeds while the torrents were hardly even moving.

I have my global connections set to 512, constantly at my upload speed cap (256kbps) and nothing bad happens. It's definitely something to do with the protocol obfuscation uTorrent is using.

Nothing for btrfs afaik, but you can mount ext2/3/4 rw with ext2fsd (granted, I'm pretty sure it mounts ext3/4 in ext2 compatibility mode)

There used to be aprpjext called ext2fs or someshit like that but I doubt it's supported on win 10. It worked but quite a shitcunt to setup.
