It all depends on what you're using the computer for. If it's strictly gayman, then you better be playing at 1920 x 1080 with a GTX 970.
Hyper 212 cooler is ugly in my opinion...but if you don't have a windowed case, it really doesn't matter.

The 970 is a dumb card that's going to struggle like hell with new games a year from now. The PSU is literally the cheapest, nastiest shit outside of $15 eBay PSUs direct from China.
