So I gotta do this shitty senior project thing to graduate and I've decided to build a PC. Already have a build in mind so no help needed in that. Biggest problem however is a mentor is required. I've asked everywhere in my area and had no luck. Whether or not you want to actually mentor me or just help me somewhat bullshit my way through as my "mentor", it doesn't matter. Everything can be done online (through emailing at the least). I'm in a tight situation atm so any response is appreciated.

Agreed. My senior project with a partner is a guitar pedal. I am doing flange in dsp with adjustable on the fly params and my partner is doing tremolo all in analog off of a 9v source. Iwish building a pc was a senior project. I already had to design a working processor for a class.

Are you a special education student?
For my senior project I hope to build a solar powered pontoon boat. Totally pointless but seems like a fun project. Some projects that other seniors have done are build a chain less bike or some tooling for a injected molded part. If your graduating as an engineer and want to build a computer for your project you should be embarrassed.
