My Dell Ultrasharp U2414H 23inch monitor just arrived and it didn't come with a monitor stand, is this normal and I have to by a sepearate one? I brought it from morecomputers for £164 brand new

If you bought it from some shady website or white van, you're fucked. Otherwise you should return it. I've never heard of a monitor being packaged without a stand.

RMA OR MAYBE CHECK THE DESCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE. COULD BE THE JEW RETAILER TOOK IT OUT.
As far as I know, Dell sells them both with and without the stand. The SKUs are different, check if the webshop didn't send the wrong product.
