Does anyone use an obscure web browser? (not firefox/chrome/safari/opera/tor)
What interesting features do they have?

Thank you for adding to the diversity of our opinions
I wanna use surf but I can't get it to compile on my machine
links ftw
Currently using firefox but thinking of switching because vimfx doesn't work with the newer versions.
All I want from browser is vim/emacs like bindings and firefox's noscript like feature, to be able to allow some script but by default block everything.
dwb segfaults a lot but otherwise would have features I want
uzbl is really nice browser but it can either block every script or none? If somebody knows more would love to know.
Otter tries to opera 12 implemented in qt5, not sure if that good or bad but from quick look it should have features i require.
Conkeror is based firefox, not sure what they are going to do after firefox kills xul. Good candidate.
qutebrowser should have the features I want and it seems to be active and have many contributors.
Not sure which one to choose, I think I try qutebrowser and if it's shit I go with conkeror.

It's cool how the edge browser is designed so you can do that. They specifically designed it so the first letter when you write it across is the first when you write it vertically.

Obscure: w3mw3m google.com

In my experience, dwb works great. Never had it segfault before...

It's fine if you want your browser to stick out from the rest of your DE, buddy.

Chromodo :^)

Is there a browser that has Facebook Messanger tabs open beyond just Facebook's website sorta like pic related?
>obscure web browser
>what features
The point of every "obscure" web browser is to NOT have features so you can pretend to be the same bitter 80s turd that flips shit at CSS let alone 99% of websites.

Ftw!
i'm currently using lynx on gentoo
The shit happened to OtterBrowser?

Qutebrowser is great. It has very active development. Once it switches to the Qt Web Engine backend in a future version it could even be a primary browser. It already has hosts based ad blocking built in.

What about Vivaldi?
>>51614302
surf and palemoon.
Naked browser because my tablet will shit itself if I add google play services anymore, or any heavy software at all (galaxy tab 2 10.1)
>>51614302
>Project maelstrom
>Puffin browser (mobile)
I think those are the only ones with interesting features.
Others are just forks with different priorities.
>sea monkey (all in one low resource consuming browser)
>Ice weasel (privacy)
>otter & vivaldi (opera 12+)
etc
Web/Epiphany - simple, touchscreen support for Ubuntu
Otter Browser - Opera emulator
QtWeb - portable, very litle RAM
Dooble - privacy minded

Sandcat, Palemoon
Just palemoon
