Hey /g/, need advice on my build. Already bought the cpu, don't really know what I'm doing with rest. Need advice on the mobo, case and gpu.
I'll might wait on the gpu unless there's really good deals. Should I go with Sapphire or MSI? Is coil whine an issue? Will that psu drive the card?

Both Sapphire and MSI make great 390 cards. Pick whichever is cheaper and be happy.

Don't get that psu op. I have the modular version. Trust me, the build quality is just shit. Ran fine for 2 weeks and just ended up getting coil whine and the fan spins at max whenever a load is placed on it. I should've listened, why didn't I listeeeeen

I honestly don't even know anymore. I'm going to go with evga or antec for my next psu. I have a feeling my seasonic psu just killed my gpu and onboard sound the other day. As for corsair, just don't do it. I hate corsair now, from their overpriced underperforming fans to their defective water coolers though the water cooler problems are maybe due to their software. Either I have terrible luck or /g/ was right about corsair. It's clearly both since seasonic might have just messes up my build

If you're set on going corsair, don't get their cx series PSUs. Either try out their RM series or get a different brand psu
