It compiles and runs ok. I added a System.out.println() in the first line after the while starting at line 6 and what's happening it's that the loop never ends. I added another System.out.println after the if at line 32 and what i saw is that the line containing:
ContarRespuestas = ContarRespuestas + 1;
is never reached, and that's why it's an infinite loop.
