It's my general course of action but I've clean installed 4 times in the last 2 weeks and keep breaking stuff while I'm troubleshooting. I think it's either a driver issue or my cpu is dying. :shrug:

I'm sorry I only have common sense 2020, I got it from the future where you can download petabytes of information in seconds. Seems to only work on Win 10 but I'm still on 7.

I use a program called GNU/Linux. It reduces the size of your windows drivers, registry and bloat to 0MB. Highly recommended.
