By the way if i click on the right window (with the plain {"gpio_0":"1","gpio_2":"1"} text to show the source it is just shows the same {"gpio_0":"1","gpio_2":"1"} text)
So how would i do this? (btw the text in the right window updates real time)

Seems pretty simple to implement with AJAX... Just use whatever framework you want and properly set the content type for the "subpage"

If adding a jquery dependency is OK, http://api.jquery.com/jquery.ajax/ is pretty easy mode desu
WebSockets or AJAX polling.
If they are both on the same domain, localstorage + updates on storage.
Didn't someone on the other thread give you a working solution?
Use server sent events. WebSockets is probably overkill.
