ok so i had a copy of windows 7 on a burned disk given to me by my father, who said it was genuine. Ive had as my OS for about 3 months and now its saying its not genuine. i have over 150GB of games on here so i dont want to reinstall it all please help me /g/

Well OP, since no one wants to have fun. I guess I'll assist you.
Your Windows version is clearly not genuine and you obviously don't want to shell out the funds in order to activate it, thus you'll need to get what is called a loader. It will activate Windows 7, doesn't matter what version for you in an instance. You can find these loaders, dez being a common one, on various warez websites or even torrenting search engines such as TPB or KAT.
