I've been using AMD for 30 years and there has literally never everbeen a driver that made it better

Really like it, but already noticed some areas which seemed weird; like the box display for graphics options which pop up next to each other with no clear separation of parent and child to other boxes. Also, the old eyesore CCC is still hiding around, since they haven't finished converting all the options into their smooth UI.

It's alright.
I was able to find all the options I could before with no hassle.
That being said, I was so worried when I saw the word "streamlined" on their website.
I was genuinely surprised I was able to turn off the advertisements. Really hoping that doesn't change.

That's a blatant lie. Omega drivers were and still are the best drivers AMD ever produced.

I've been using AMD graphic cards for years and I am really disappointed with Crimson. Crimson crashes whenever there is anything else that plugs into DirectX whether it be an onscreen display like the Rivastats from MSI Afterburner or FRAPS and other recording software or even Steam/Raptr overlays,

Crimson driver "improvements" aren't improvements though. The benchmarks are fake. The gains are 1% to 4% which are MARGIN OF ERROR and they're just selecting the highest numbers they get.

And they've really half assed it, Catalyst is still very much fully there, they've built this Crimson software to piggyback on top of the old Catalyst and the ati .dll's. They released Crimson prematurely clearly to bring their stocks back up for the final quarter.

I honestly don't care anymore though, I don't think I'll be buying dedicated graphic cards anymore, they're just a meme at this point.
