Either you're trolling or just very uneducated on the subject and need to do a lot more research.
Mini ITX boards only have two RAM slots. Populating them both with 2 x 4GB sticks is not a very wise decision because you will definitely want more than 8GB in the near future.

I have a budget of £550
Get a second hand GPU, I just got an R9 290 for £160 and that's by no means the cheapest you can find them on eBay. Don't skimp on the motherboard if you want to overclock. If you aren't going to then there's no need to bother with an unlocked CPU, which would save you money. SSDs are a luxury so don't worry too much about getting one yet. They're pretty great though.
If you want something really budget, get an i3 6320 or an i3 6300, you'll play nearly any game with that without bottlenecking unless you have an enthusiast-tier GPU. You won't need an aftermarket cooler and they run at nearly 4GHz stock [not even as a turbo mode, just straight stock] and have hyperthreading.
If you're buying a new GPU get a 380x or something, otherwise get something a tier higher second hand.

I plan to wait till Cyber Monday hoping I can find better deals with the same budget. Ill take note on that.

Here. I would advise getting a second hand GPU and putting the money into a Skylake/1151 build. You can save £100 that way, putting your build cost to £550.
I'm new to this as well. I'm trying to keep it cheap. Any suggestions to make this cheaper would be greatly appreciated

Thanks bro. Ill be fine with that GPU for now, but since its blackfriday and there are good PS4 deals, I'm going to be busy with PS4 in the next few months.
Will put them in part picker list now.

Yeah, Intel. AMD CPUs are absolutel garbage for gaming and will be until late 2016 (if they don't fuck Zen up). Avoid them like the plague.
