yes, I've done it before, no problems. it won't get all of the dust out, for the rest you'll need to remove and clean everything manualy

Yop, it does most of the job. I have a compressor, it does a better job because you can control the flow of air better, focus on spots etc but in the end, leafblowers are OK...
