As long as they don't install freeware they're fine, I use Qbittorrent because it's featured on ninite.com but might as well go back to bittorrent or whatever.

"Stalled", on /g/, refers chiefly to a phenomenon that occurs when trackers have a whitelist (almost all of them do) of valid torrent clients.
When QBittorrent got it's first major update in forever, everyone who flooded to it got the stalled error, because trackers are slow motherfuckers.

I've been using qBittorrent for a long time, in some fairly fangled setups. Only recently has qBittorrent worked on NASes.

I have about 40 torrents seeding and use it for the occasional movie or game torrent.
Sometimes it would just put a red error on all my torrents and say Disk Read Error IO Error etc, some bullshit like that.
Transmission-Qt works flawlessly and that's what I've been using since.
