Do you forsee any of the recruiters not having time requirements? I've only been on the major private trackers for a couple months now, but I've gotten every promotion the exact day I met the time requirement for that class. Elite on WCD (would be well on my way to TM if not for the significant tracker downtime), HD-Lover on AHD (already have the stats for HD-Pro and will be promoted in 4 days), and I'll have Fanatic on TehC within the next couple days (already have the stats for Actor, except the time requirement).
Please don't mistake this as me asking to be considered - I know that's not how this works. I'm just wondering if someone like me should even get my hopes up of having a shot at PTP once the recruiting threads go up, since it's the reason I got into private trackers and invested all these hours into building my accounts in the first place.

Put µT 2.2.1 exe in an empty folder and make a new file called settings.dat in it as well. It'll run stand alone in that directory. Copy the folder and you have two clients you can set up with different settings. To run both at once you have to launch them with a shortcut so you can add /RECOVER as a parameter, otherwise it won't start up another instance with one already running.
