S has other content as well, not only Korean afaik. It's just a tracker for mostly Koreans since porn is illegal in Korea, and that's also why they're so locked down ever since the Korean gov kept cracking down on Korean porn sites. That said, they did have open regs back then a few years ago.
Anyway, people generally only want to get into Sinderella since it's so "exclusive", but it's only useful if you really have a thing for Korean porn or you're Korean. And the staff are probably all Korean so you most likely won't ever get into it via a recruitment thread on an English tracker and you won't see invites being offered by users as I heard they've disabled invites.

Never said you couldn't get a decent buffer on your home connection, just that people who don't upload new content generally need to jump on FL picks that are only temporarily (highly) seeded, which gives them essentially 'artificial' buffer, meaning they don't need to seed the 99.99% of content that people actually care about; anything that isn't a pick.

You don't need to publish to a central authority with IPFS. Just do ipfs add <file or -r folder> and you're done. You can also have a reference to the latest version of content by doing ipfs name publish <file hash>.

I didn't flow it exactly, as I used some software from the repo rather than compile from scratch, but it was very straight forward. You could use the arch wiki, but when I tried to set it up on arch before, I fucked it up so badly, not sure if they've updated the wiki since then, but I had no experience using a webserver so just got lost.
