A class is an abstract description of behaviour, like Array, for example.
You need to get an instance of a class, so you can then import in into an interface to work with in the application. Like you can get an instance of array, import it into Collection interface and then use it as you like.
You can also make a class abstract, so you can import it into other classes, which will turn them into interfaces.
Its pretty easy desu.
