I heard some women in tech types in the other day saying that building teams that are diverse are more productive than teams built on skill. Now I think either the study was wrong or these people grossly misunderstood, but the danger is in this line of thinking that we shouldn't hire the most skilled person, we should hire the most diverse person. I want to hire people with diverse skills from the rest of the team, but not becaus of race or gender. This sjw shit is infecting the company I work for too, it's spreading everywhere. If this shit continuous we're all going to be working for PC principal.
