How do I fix this? I've had Windows 10 for a while now and all of a sudden this screen appeared. Every time I turn it on, this screen appears.

Well, how many times did you turn it on?
It's Windows 10, so it needs to be turned on ten times.

Install a Linux distribution, Open BSD or some shit, or buy a Mac.
Serious answer. Windows (especially Windows 10) is terrible.
>>51396332
You've probably got a corrupted file system
Had that last week when I reduced the size of my ntfs partition for another linux one.
Boot some sort of livecd (ubcd?) to save your files and then reinstall windows. Sucks but nothing you can do.
Install Gentoo
Boot live distro see if u can get access to HDD if u can boot windows USB or recovery and fix the startup

And you recommend Mac because he had a filesystem error?
Out of the frying pan and into the fucking sun.

Holy shit, this board is autistic. Just reinstall Windows 10 with a USB flash drive
You guys know that isn't an actual screenshot of Windows 10, right
It looks like something conjured in MS Paint
