If they're an asshole, send them a link to a webpage containing a malicious TrueType font, claiming it's "WATCHMOJO TOP 10 FUNNY GAMING EPIC FAILS". Patch-after-patch, WinNT still handles font rendering in the kernel, making it very vulnerable to even a novice's attacks, should the user tread out of charted territory.
Otherwise, let them make the call. Win10 isn't top-quality software, and it's still rife with common bugs on a lot of hardware, but if they want to keep the rogue OS, it's not my decision.
