I'm getting these periodic lagspikes (every 30-40 secs or so ) every few nights for about 3 hours long , like 21-24h
I know this isn't a question that can be answered with 100% certainty, but can you please suggest some possible explanations to this?
The problem is obviously with the ROUTER-PC connection as seen in the picture.

You can try and use Wireshark to check for weird traffic during those lag spikes (maybe it's some program you have in the background?). But as >>51250818 said, it could very well be the router doing some heavy task too.
