/g/ im fucking desperate. i know that g isnt my personal tech support but ive contacted my internet provider, been searching for 3 days on the internet without solutions. i dont know what happened but somehow messenger.com was blocked from my domain. i live alone and i sure as fuck didnt block it. facebook.com works just fine but chat wont work. i know this isnt my browsers failiure since messenger app wont work as well. anybody know what the issue might be?

Find IP of messenger.com, ping it. If you can ping it, problem's in resolving. If you can't, problem is elsewhere.

Check what your DNS resolver is. I know fuckall about OS X's configuration, but the internet tells me you can set DNS resolvers usingsudo networksetup -setdnsservers Wi-Fi 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4(8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are owned and run by Google).
