Now what. Shits annoying, I can't do anything about it, even uploading my own DVDs is useless as I can barely pay off the HnRs with their extreme costs. I have 14 of 'em right now and I can only fix about 3 of them by downloading from other sites.
I have access to some original US/EU DVDs, but I fail to see how uploading them and seeding into infinity would fix anything - paying off most hit and runs takes about 300k yen.
How would I go about fixing this shit?

IRC is very easy senpai, you'll be alright. The interview prep site walks you through using IRC.
If you want to get comfortable using it before trying the interview, you can join #ptg on oppaiti.me and chat there for a bit, learn to message someone and have the basics down before taking the interview.
You don't need to do that, but, nothing wrong with trying it if it makes you more comfortable.
Also people on there are helpful to newbs.

No. Staff isn't retarded enough to think your username is the same as another one, unless you have a very unique username but then, they will only ask you about it if it comes to their attention since they can't prove its you. Being on torrentinvites doesn't get you a ban anyway, they just take your invites away if you are found to be a real member.
