I'm really not sure what you're saying. I'm suggesting that, instead of using a VM, you make a partition on your hard drive and dual boot.

I don't know where the "SUSE is hard to install" thing comes from; I've literally never had a problem that wasn't entirely of my own making. It's graphical and everything. If you partition the drive first, let it do everything automatically, and use the KDE desktop, I don't think anything will go wrong.
