I purchased Fallout 4 early and have preloaded it and learning that the game releases early in NZ/AU. Question is, has anyone been banned for accessing a game early with a vpn after buying the game w/o a vpn? Well painted and God Bless.

also you dont need vpn just change download from steam download options to new zealand and it starts downloading the game

Because everyone has a static IP.... right.
Decrypted two games so far with VPN, no consequences. Just stay offline until it's released in your timezone and you'll be fine.
