Go to your graphics settings.
Turn down the draw distance. Try 64 or 96 meters.
Toggle VBO/Vertex Buffer Objects from its current state. Typically if you have AMD graphics it should be disabled, enabled otherwise.
Disable advanced lighting model if it persists.
And finally, uninstall the viewer and go do real things with your life.
